Applicant user guide
ICT professional registration
Self-service instructions for PIMS. Category names, fees, eligibility, and review targets come from the live catalogue and published ICT Commission guidelines.
System overview
The Professional Management Information System (PIMS) is the ICT Commission platform for ICT professional registration. Public visitors can read this guide, browse publications, and verify a registration number. Applicants use the same system to apply, pay, and track files.

Application timelines
Targets below come from the current professional registration workflow. They are staff processing targets, not a guarantee. Your file may wait on payment, referees, or returned corrections.
Fees and pricing
Amounts are taken from the live category catalogue. Application fees are due at billing. Registration fees are billed after approval. Annual fees apply after you are registered.
Payment procedures
PIMS creates a bill and a GePG control number. Pay that control number, then wait for confirmation before the file moves to review.
- Finish the wizard through Review. Billing is the last application step.
- Generate the invoice if it is not already created.
- Copy the control number and pay through GePG.
- Open My Payments if you need to resume a pending bill.
- After approval, pay the separate registration-fee bill from the application page.
Review and approval
After payment, a reviewer examines the file. The registrar then approves, returns, or rejects. Returned files list the reason. Correct the items and resubmit from the application.
Review-stage targets will appear here when the professional registration workflow is published.
Registration numbers
A registration number is issued when the registrar completes the Registration stage. It appears on your application and certificate. Anyone can verify the exact number from the home page.
Certificates
When registration completes, PIMS issues a certificate. View or download it from Certificates. Keep annual fees current so the credential stays in good standing.
Annual fee renewal
Registered professionals pay the category annual fee each year. Open Annual fees, generate the bill if asked, and pay the control number. Outstanding years stay listed until they are paid.
Track your application
Status, payment state, and the process timeline live on the application. Notifications flag returns, payments, and registration.
